At Traditum, we support our clients to build robust, sustainable, long-term financial legacies for the future and we call this our 2119 vision.

We are driven by an audacious, shared ambition to be as thriving and well-respected a business in 2119 as we are today and all that we do points to this vision. In keeping with this, we also believe in passing on a legacy of a different kind, by nurturing and empowering the next generations of entrepreneurs.

To this end, we are building a vibrant and like-minded club of young professionals, investors and entrepreneurs aged 35 or younger. We aim to create an investment club which fosters young talent with a long-term vision. We call our club T35.

This club comprises four interlinked networks: advisors, investors, entrepreneurs and mentors. We hold regular events and facilitate a lively online hub to connect, make introductions, share ideas, and stories and, maybe learn something new along the way!

Last month saw over thirty of us gathered at Soho Residence for our inaugural T35 guest speaker event and, wow, what an evening it was! It was incredible to have such a strong turnout and we hope everyone enjoyed introductions to new faces as well as catching up with old friends.

When the clock struck 7, everybody did remarkably well to be pulled away from the bar to listen to three wonderful presentations from Hugh Griffiths, Georgie Spurling, and Rusha Mondal. Our brilliant speakers gave us some great insights into their experiences as mentors, investors and entrepreneurs. This was followed up with an enlightening Q&A session – thank you to all those who asked questions!

So, who were our speakers? Let’s find out a little more about them… First up was Hugh Griffiths, who has vast and varied experience as an ex-RAF Wing Commander, founder, investor and mentor. Hugh gave us some fascinating insights into his journey into entrepreneurialism, supported by some great photographs of his time in the RAF, and his experience going through an incredibly successful exit from his own defence company.

Next, we were fortunate to be joined by Georgie Spurling (29). Georgie is the founder and CEO of wellness platform, Arvra, which is reaching new heights of success every day whilst striving to make wellness accessible to all. Georgie spoke about the highs, lows, trials and tribulations of being a young founder, and what it takes to turn a passionate idea into a commercial reality and successful business.

Our final speaker of the night was Rusha Mondal (23). Rusha is the CEO of Tea2You, a specialist in sourcing and supplying the finest Darjeeling loose-leaf tea, as well as being a serial Angel Investor. Rusha gave us some valuable insight into her life and experience as a young investor and shared some lessons she has learned along the way.

For those who missed out on the presentations, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We’ll be sharing a more detailed recap from each of our brilliant speakers with you over the coming days. Stay tuned!

We’re so excited to have started our T35 journey with you, thank you all once again for helping us to kick off with such enthusiasm! We are looking forward to seeing what the future holds for us all.
