Chief Executive Officer
David is an experienced board-level leader, having operated at both Chief Executive and Chairman levels. He brings a reputation for innovation, clear strategic thinking and an ability to inspire, contributing significant energy and direction to Traditum.
A Chartered Accountant by training, his early career spanned taxation, corporate finance and private client advisory. He became a Partner at the age of 26 and, following 14 years as an equity partner, transitioned into industry, where he served as CEO of an international trading group, working closely with family office shareholders.
In addition to his role as CEO of Traditum, he holds a number of non-executive chair positions and acts as a trustee to family trusts. This breadth of experience enables him to provide strategic oversight and informed guidance across complex business and family structures.
Director of Finance & Human Resources
Helen is a Chartered Accountant who trained at PwC and brings a broad and varied professional background to her role. Before joining Traditum in 2021, she spent a number of years in the higher and secondary education sector, gaining extensive experience across both financial and operational functions.
Her expertise spans financial and management accounting, treasury management, systems implementation, human resources and operational delivery, providing her with a well-rounded and practical perspective.
At Traditum, she is responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial operations and human resources functions, ensuring that systems, processes and transactions are managed efficiently and remain fully compliant. Through her work, she supports the firm’s operational integrity and contributes to the consistent delivery of high-quality client service.
Client Services Director
Tom is a dedicated professional with a strong academic foundation and a broad, client-focused skill set. He graduated from the University of Exeter with a degree in International Relations before joining Traditum in 2021.
At Traditum Group, he is responsible for the introduction, management, and delivery of client services, ensuring a seamless and highly personalised experience. With over four years’ experience in private equity investment, he has developed deep expertise in sourcing and structuring opportunities and continues to lead deal origination for the Group’s private equity division.
In his current role, Tom brings together the full breadth of the Group’s capabilities, providing clients with integrated, bespoke solutions tailored to their complex financial needs. He also leads the Client Services team, overseeing the delivery of a consistently high standard of service across the organisation.
PA to Chairman, CEO and Client Service Team
Pam provides dedicated executive support to the CEO and Chairman, playing a central role in ensuring the smooth coordination of their day-to-day activities.
In addition, she supports the wider team as required, acting as a key point of contact for scheduling and availability, with oversight of all diaries. Her responsibilities include managing core administrative functions, coordinating internal processes and handling incoming communications with professionalism and discretion.
Pam also provides governance support across the business, including minute-taking for Board and other key meetings. She is responsible for organising our event programme, managing venue arrangements and acting as coordinator to ensure each event is delivered seamlessly and to a high standard.
Client Service Director
Jonnie holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics, is a Certified Financial Planner and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments FSCI.
He has worked in the accountancy and independent financial services sector for the last 15 years, providing strategic financial planning and investment management. He has also supported founders through various capital events from start-ups to public listed companies, with enterprise values of £5m to £600m.
Technical Planner
Josh is a qualified financial adviser with a degree in physics. He previously worked as a global custodian before going on to complete his financial planning apprenticeship at Brewin Dolphin, gaining his level 4 qualifications.
With nearly 10 years of financial service experience, he has developed a deep understanding of servicing ultra-high-net-worth clients with sophisticated requirements.
Technical Planner
Sam is a qualified financial adviser with additional pension qualifications. He holds a degree in mathematics and physics from the University of Manchester.
Sam worked for HMRC before beginning his career in financial services and has also worked to provide specialised pension advice for clients with UK-based pensions living around the world.
