Stephen Pickup

Stephen started his career in M&A at Deutsche Bank in Europe and Asia, before embarking on a journey as CFO and CEO of some of the largest corporate farms in Europe. His career in farming culminated in his most recent position as a director at Prodimex Farmland, operating over 900,000ha of farmland in Eastern Europe.  Having experienced the lack of attention paid to sustainability within the sector, Stephen joined Traditum to focus on sustainability strategies within agriculture, as well as strategies to de-risk the operations and finances of agricultural operators.
